New cafè in Mexico
May 4th, 2012

Segafredo Zanetti Espresso is glad to announce the recent opening of a new café in Guadalajara, Mexico, on the premises of the most luxurious mall in the city: Andares.

Guadalajara is the 2nd largest city of Mexico, capital of the state of Jalisco and famous worldwide for the gorgeous blue agave fields and the unmatched “tequila” man crafting expertises.
The “jalisqueños” or “tapatíos” (inhabitants of the state and the city) are very hospitable people and quite elegant in their manners and lifestyle.

The entire project has been a true team-work among Divisions: Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Wordwide Geneva, Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Italy, Massimo Zanetti Beverage Cafés USA and the newborn, Massimo Zanetti Beverage México, whose last technical support intervention were fundamental for the success of the opening.

Our café counts on: 150 sqm on the ground floor, 50 sqm on the mezzanine, 80 sqm on the outdoor patio seating, and 50 sqm on the kitchen area.

Reception has been satisfying so far and we are very proud of the design in such sophisticated mall.

The quite large space available and the tall soffits allowed us to implement new ideas and some more adjustments are still undergoing.
Massimo Zanetti Beverage Cafés and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Team tried to execute and carry out all the ideas and graphic elements contained in the European/American DIM as much as possible, and trying to innovate quite a few things (World of Coffee lettering, Menu application etc.).
