Cooperation with Opera Australia

Each year Opera Australia presents fundraising events in Sydney and Melbourne aimed at raising essential revenue to support the opera performers and creative teams that bring the magic of opera to life. Opera Australia's range of opera fundraising events includes opera galas in Sydney and Melbourne, backstage tours, fine wines, gourmet menus, intimate dinners and exclusive opera performances.
    
The 2012 season kicked off with the 20th annual Wine & Gourmet event, Dinner on the Dock, on Saturday 26 May 2012. The night was a great success! Guests experienced “A Night In Provence” with a delicious and exquisite Provincial feast from Guillaume Brahimi, head chef of Guillaume at Bennelong restaurant located at the Sydney Opera House, along with champagne, stunning opera performances, and the original Italian espresso by Segafredo Zanetti. 
 
 “We were overwhelmed by the generosity and contributions extended to us from all of our supporters. We would like to thank and congratulate Segafredo Zanetti Australia in helping to raise nearly $190,000 – making a vital contribution to our world-class artists, creative teams and annual funding.”

The cooperation will continue with more events in Melbourne, Sydney, and New Year Eve grand Gala Events at the Opera House.
