29 Fevereiro 2008

Salzburg, capital of the homonym federal state, is one of the largest cities in Austria. The "Old Town" with its world famous baroque architecture is one of the best-preserved city centre in the German-speaking world, and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Salzburg is also a student city, with three universities.

Salzburg is world renowned for being Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s birthplace. Moreover, it is the setting for parts of the musical and film The Sound of Music, which features famous landmarks in Austria, but focuses mainly on Salzburg.

The Espresso Bar is 100 sq m wide and is located near the city airport. Also in the vicinity there is an expansive entertainment area with cinemas, bars and restaurants all in keeping with the Segafredo Zanetti life style.

The grand opening party was very successful, with Giovanni Trapattoni, Italian soccer team’s former trainer, as the special guest, with celebrations carrying on into the early morning hours.

The café owner, Italian Mr. Gianni Rauzino, is very proud to serve his customers “the real Italian espresso” , bringing a piece of Italy into the hearts of Salzburg inhabitants.
