Segafredo Zanetti Espresso recently opened its first café in franchising in Xi’An, one of the oldest cities in China, with more than 3,100 years of history.
Xi’An is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China, having held the position under several of the most important dynasties in Chinese history. The city is the eastern terminus of the Silk Road and home of the worldwide well-known Terracotta Army.
The Segafredo Zanetti outlet is located in Xi’An International Airport, the largest one in China's northeast, inside the Terminal 3, which just opened at the beginning of May.
The franchisee is Shaanxi Qinpeng Industry and the owner and chairman, Mr. Ma, is a young and very successful man in oil business who is enthusiastic to open two more cafés in Xi’An city centre, including a flagship shop..
